MobyGames Site Changes - Reverted to Old Format

Hello,

It looks like Mobygames has been acquired by another party, and they've reverted the site to its old format.  I think if you revert the MobyGames.js script to 0.4.0, all should be working again for game import.

In fact, I had an old copy of the 0.4.0 script laying around, so I tested it out.  Works perfectly.

You can download it from the web or using the update of the GR-lida
